Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to: Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.

Shipping cost
- Standard shipping: €4.95
- Free shipping on orders of €35 or more

Delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Delivery: usually 8–12 business days after shipping.
These are estimates. Delays can occasionally happen during peak seasons or due to carrier or customs processing.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you order several products, they may arrive in separate packages.

No extra fees on delivery
Our products are shipped from our international fulfilment partner. All import VAT and customs duties for the countries listed above are paid in advance, so you will not have to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send you a free replacement or a full refund.

Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we can update it only before the order ships. We are not responsible for parcels returned or lost because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always do our best to help.
