30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your NerooEssentials products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to ask for a refund, as explained below.

Nasal strips and mouth tapes
Nasal Strips, Sleep Mouth Tape, Cloud Mouth Tape and the Recovery Duo are personal hygiene products, so we cannot resell them once opened. If you have tried them and they are not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the product price without asking you to send anything back. This guarantee applies once per customer and product.

Sleep masks, silk pillowcase and red light panel
You can return these products within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in good condition and in their original packaging. Contact us first and we will email you the return instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered. We refund the product price within 14 days of receiving the return.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping costs, and you will not need to return the item.

Your legal right of withdrawal (EU)
As a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise it, send us a clear statement of your decision through our contact page. We will refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them. You only pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
In line with EU rules, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. Opened nasal strips and mouth tapes are still covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee above.

Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable EU and national consumer law. This policy does not limit any of your statutory rights.

How to request a refund or return
Write to us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
